ok, let's say you spend a $1000 at best buy and open a RZ account. does it start on next purchase or do i get points from the $1000 that i just spent?

i activated and didnt see any points, but the cashier said i should get them.

Call them and ask them about it? If they said you should get them, then give them a shout. Have your receipt handy!

If you need appliances their stacking deal where you get 5/10/15/20% off on appliances rock. Especially when combined with free shipping and 0% for 18 months. Plus another hundred bucks in reward points.

I bought my appliances from best buy for hundreds less than I could at any other place.

It might mean that the receipt just doesn't reflect the current point status. Sometimes it will take a long time for it all to process through.

I <3 sears new rewards program though. So easy.

Rewards Zone doesn't post points for 35 days or so, "so that you have an opportunity to return the purchased merchandise, if necessary". Which is a bunch of crap.

But in any event, just keep your receipt, and log on to the website, and see if your points eventually post. If they don't, then you can add the points from your receipt to your account by typing in the receipt or transaction number or something like that.

It's cool to hate BBY and they *never* have deals....

It takes up to 7 days from the purchase for you to see the transaction online and 35 days from date of purchase for the points to go through.

Also, in my experience their phone support is pretty good. They actually their best to help you. So if it still doesn't show up at the supposed date it's a good idea to give them a call.

They are the low price leader still on many things. Logitech G9x right now is one of them.
