Give me any proof at all that you are in the Marines and have been in Iraq. Talking to a recruiter once at 15 does not count as being a Marine "protecting people like me".

Stupidity. Theres tons of reasons to buy online over B&M, the only advantages B&M have over online is extended warrenties and faster purchase time, and newegg now offers extended warrenties...

So short of being obsessed with having the item in your hand when you buy it, or needing the item THAT SECOND for some time-constraint reason, there is no reason to walk into a best buy.

I'm not trying to argue why buy online vs B&M.

My point is that it takes litle effort for BB to exchange an item for their customers even without a receipt.
They lose nothing.....but by pissing people off, they might drive them off to other buying means.

It's not under the store warranty. If you had bought their in store warranty, then it would be covered, even without a receipt, because they would have registered the purchase with your name\phone #.

You lost the reciept, quit bitching.

Best Buy is supposed to be able to find the receipt if you paid with a Credit Card. If the store can't do it, call their HQ and I'm pretty sure they can.
