Best Case/Mobo for PIII-650

I have filled my old case and motherboard pretty much to the brim. I don't know the exact model of the case but it is a Supercase and I have a Luckystar BX motherboard. I want to upgrade to a server case that has plenty of room for improvement and has good cooling out of the box. I also am looking to buy a new motherboard to put into it, it does not have to be BX, and ideally would use the PIII's 133 mHZ right out of the box as opposed to 100 with the BX. Price is not a serious issue, I am willing to spend about $300-$400. My full specs are:

PIII-650
Hercules AGP 32MB Riva Ultra TNT2 card
192M RAM
8G generic Western Digital
30G Maxtor Diamond Max Plus
50x Generic CD-ROM
8x4x32 Internal SCSI HP burner (9210i)
Adaptec 2940U2W internal SCSI card
Promise PCI Ultra 66 Controller
and a cheapie ISA D-Link DE220 network card

Case,
The SuperMicro 750a or 760. These are the best cases available, IMHO.
Motherboard. I have to say that the Asus CUSL2 is probably the best all around P3 board I've worked with. Rock stable.

I forgot to mention that I am running a Slot 1, not Socket-370 PIII. I am actually also interested in a dual processor mobo if I can find it. Sorry, I should've been more specific.

I am very happy with the case and I am sure that the motherboard is very good (I was going to get the BX133 RAID but I couldn't find a Slot-1 version). However, I am now wondering if maybe I should return this and get a dual processor motherboard. How about TYAN S1832DL Tiger 100 Dual Pentium III/II ATX Motherboard?? COmputergate has it at

The only thing I was thinking about is will it go to 133 MHz FSB? I feel that is the biggest bottleneck is my system and most systems today with the PIII's.
