Best CFM/dBa ratio

Ive allways heard good things about panaflo and how theyre famous for being quiet.
I was wondering if anybody knows of any other fans out there that are also quiet and with decent airflow.

Their Low's suck for airflow, but are silent.

I don't mind fan noise with under 30Db noise ratings.

The NMB 3110KL are good fans.....
The 0.06 Amp pushes something like 18 CFM at 16dBA, the 0.10 A pushes 25 CFM at 22 dB, and the 0.13 pushes something like 28 CFM at 25 dBA....

That YS Tech looks nice!

Gizzo, nice compilation. Do you think the rating the manufacturers give to the fans is realistic? I have a "28" dBA fan that is not that far from the volcano 6Cu screamer.....

Most major brands the specs are realistic..
But the brand you just mention Thermaltake is one of those worse in this aspect, which is made by Everflow that one for sure are know to have fraudulent specs. I don't think its everflow, when thermaltake labels em they boost the specs, to mislead the customer.

I just put a 80mm Pabst into a client's case. It puts out 12db running at full tilt - I could not hear it at all.

Good ratio = Delta Screamer (53dBA and 80CFM) but that's hardly silent. I remember there's a Pabst 12dBa and 19CFM or something, which is also an excellent ratio.

Those noiseblockers push more airflow and are quieter than any panaflo/pabs/antec ive seen.
I wanna know if anybody knows anything about them. They seem to be popular in europe, since theyre german, (and somewhat ecpensive). Im guessing theyre not available in the us?

how about any of these?

im going for a 80mm fan and a 92mm fan as well. im also considering a 120mm fan, but which one?
i figured that they put a good amount of air out plus they arent that noisy (i assume 35db is to bad is it?)

OC UK are very good suppliers. Everything apart from my USB hub is brought from there.

For the best CFM/dBa YS-Tech fans from OC UK;
80mm = YS-TECH FD8125 SILENT 80mm fan - 4 Pin (FG-008-YS)
92mm = YS-Tech FD9325 92mm Fan - 3 pin (FG-009-YS) [Its the only 92mm YS-Tech that they sell]
120mm = YS-TECH FD1238 120mm Fan - 4 Pin (FG-004-YS)

But thats just me.

Panaflo L1A's are selling pretty cheap right now....

I just bought 10 of em @ $5.00 each from CaseCooler.com.
They also have 3 pin and 4 pin plugin connectors for them @ $1.00 ea.

I also wound up getting 10 H1A's from DigiKey.com for $6.105 ea. (price break @ 5 and 10 units)
DigiKey has all the Panaflo's but their site is kinda a Bi@ch though.

Truthfully I think you should take most fan specs with a grain of salt unless they were tested @ the same time and by the same person.

Thanks for the info on CaseCooler.com. I ordered 4 L1A's yesterday at 1PM and they are already shipped. Need two to try to quiet down my case.
