I currently have a MSI 970A-G43 mobo which was paired up with my old AMD Fx-6300 cpu. I sold the cpu and bought myself a Amd FX-8350.
Now I've heard my mobo will not be a good pair for the fx 8350 due to the phases and overheating. People say I can run it,but just make sure you
have a fire extinguisher.
I really spent so much already since the past week. I bought a GTX 970 and a SSD 120gb from Corsair. I'm really wanting a AsRock Fatality 990fx board, but they don't sell it locally in my area..I don't think you can buy them locally at any store only except if someone has them use on CL. Plus they are very affordable less than 130 dollars as oppose to the expensive Sabertooth 990fx from asus which is 179.99 dollars at Frys Electronics.
So what will be the ideal, affordable board besides mine? FYI I don't overclock.
Here is the list of boards at frys from low to high prices. Give me your suggestions
