I use a stlight mist of some regular cleaner, maybee windex or something. It cleanes of the oil from fingerprints and other dirt, but on my Sony and other monitors it leaves a small color streak so afterward I clean it with a water damped paper towel and then a dry one and then my monitor looks pirfect. After 3 years with my Sony the Anti-glare coating is fine and the screen looks good as new, at least after I clean it. I tried water and cloth and paper towels, but I could never get rid of all the oil and stuff off without a little cleaner first. But for those expensive monitors, I am sure there are monitor spesific spray cleaners and some whipes, one whipe that I tried worked amazingly well.
