Best cooler for 6800gt?

The temps on my EVGA card are kinda high (around 60C-62C idle) and I think I might want to replace the stock cooling so I can overclock. I've been looking at the Zalman VF-700cu or AlCu and the Arctic Cooling NV5 Rev. 2. It might be cheaper just to replace the stock paste with AS5 or something but I'm not shure if that would get it cool enough to overclock.What do you recommend?

I was also eyeing those two coolers. My choice at this time would actually be the NV5 because of two reasons:

1) It exhausts air out the back

2) SVC has a $5 off coupon code

Guess what, I actually have not purchased either of these. I got some $20 cooler with two heatpipes (like the $35 Zalman, forgot brand but it was from SVC). I plan to run it with an 80mm or 92mm fan. Will end up pretty cheap, plus probably cool better (except for RAM).

Why? I went out and checked a bunch of reviews and threads and it still seems kind of inconclusive. The arctic cooler does blow air out of the case and therefore might lower ambient temps. but alot of the cooling results with the Zalman are better than with the Arctic, but not by a whole lot. I don't really give reviews a ton of weight and I prefer actual user opinion so it would be good if you stated a reason rather than just an answer. Thanks.

The Arctic Silencer is more for keeping down noise. In most cases, I heard the temp stays the same and in some cases actually goes up. The Zalman is good, but if ur really into overclocking, get a nice copper waterblock and an asetek or coolermaster liquid cooling system.:beer:

Water cooling is an option as because my birthday is coming up next month and I usually get like $250 but this is my first overclock and I don't wanna push it too far just yet. It would solve the noise problem though...

either the nvsilencer or the zalman vf700 not realy sure which is better, but they are both good enough for a fair amount of overclocking.

I like my silencer on my ati card Dropped my temps ~10C under load and idle.

Zalman for me. I've had the NV5 and a VF700-Cu and the Zalman cooled better and was quieter.
