Unless you're so hungover you can't keep a damn thing down, which I've had many times. Liquids is a huge part of it, but I'm sure there is more to it because I can hydrate the crap out of myself, but if I drank too much I still get beaten up the next day.Originally posted by: kherman
Hang overs are caused by dehydration. Drink 32 ounces of water before going to bed.
If I forgot o do this, a super sized Whopper value meal usually made the hang ove go away. I think the 32 oz soft drink helped the next day, not the food, but it's a perfect follow up to a night of drinking. The food does make the stomach happy though.
