Best Deal on Lord of the Rings: Two Towers?

Anyone know of the best deal for the LORTT set? I guess they go on sale tomorrow, so just wondering who might be selling it for the best price.

Don't bother, the Good Version won't ome out for another couple months with the 4DVDs, extras, etc.

wal mart will most likely have the lowest price, but buyer beware, they might try to throw only Foolscreen at you. some wal-marts dont even stock widescreen, or if they do, they will stock like 20 copies.

It doesn't bother me, so much... The local Best Buy will be selling them at midnight tonight, so I'll pick one of those up and when the Extended version gets released, I'll sell this version. I'll probably be out ~$5 or $6, so It'll be like renting it (except I get to keep it for a couple of months. )

got an email from Overstock saying my copy of LOTR:TT shipped out this past Friday. Got it for ~$12 there and hopefully, will be at my door tomorrow

They should have them out as soon as they open... retail stores receive movies about a week before they're officially released. The Wal-Mart I work at has had them for roughly a week, and will be available for purchase at midnight. I guess if you buy it at Wal-Mart between 12 and 6 am, you get some kind of stupid necklace with a glowing ring on it or something.

If they don't have them out yet, find someone and tell them to get you a copy from the back. They have them.

The differences between the "theatrical" and "extended" editions of Fellowship were significant. Therefore, I plan to skip the theatrical release of TT and wait for November.

Pain in the butt switching DVDs mid-movie though :|
Maybe time to get a DVD changer.
