I am not sure any are earwax resistant. I have TF10 customs and they get wax in the holes. The right side gets more than the left, but its never bad.

It's pretty important to list a price range. There's pretty decent ones for under $50 or then there's great ones over $100.

Shure make some really nice ones and even come with an earwax removal tool.

And if you don't want earwax, don't buy earbuds.

How much are you willing to spend?

Westone and Shure make nice buds. (love my UM3Xs, SE530s and Weston4s)

Headfi has some of the usual audiophile wackyness, but lots of users of the best phones.

I buy almost nothing but Sennheiser, and stocked up on the old MX and CX (bud and canal respectively) years ago. I have HD600 and few others for home use, but walking around, exercising, I fail to see the need to spend more than $25 on sale. Most used are my old MX400, foam stuff replaced many times.

I am getting a set of Noble K10 because of my head-fi posts, they are being given to me for free, almost. I had to get mew impressions done, and ship them, so $2200 CIEM's for $55.95.

I just buy jvc marshmallows. Decent enough sound quality that is helped immensely by how well they block noise. I tried a bunch of earbuds ranging from ~$10-$80 a few years ago and all but the marshmallows hurt my ear after long listening sessions, so that ended up being the deciding factor for me. The fact that they are really cheap is an incidental benefit.

Hellz yea. Got the HD600's last year after having the HD555's for a few years. Amazing. The HD600 are the best deal in headphones. Got them for a little over $300. Those cans change the way you hear music.

I do think quality IEM's make a lot of sense for walking around as long as you are attentive to the surroundings. My TF10 pros I got for $150 new years ago are still as amazing sounding today.

I buy the Skullcandy brand earbuds. They are cheap and sound good enough.

I'm unwilling to waste money on something like this.
