Best email program?

I've been using M2, but it doesn't do a great job of separating the emails I get -- I'm using it for three accounts right now, and it just groups the "unread" section and "received," etc., into one big section. I'm looking for a bit more organization, but to still check all my email with one program. Any recommendations?

Well, I like to separate stuff, so I use Outlook 2000 (at work) and Outlook XP (at home). In both cases I have 2 profiles configured, each for each email I have, and saved on diferent personal folder files. Helps keep it nice and clean, the way I like it.

I cant stand outlook, i used eudora 3.0 forever

went on a search for a new client, tried mozilla, phenoix, and a bunch others.
Now i use foxmail.

i like outlook...if you wanna separate the different email accounts you can use different profiles; or you can have different .pst files for the accounts and then use filter rules to sort the mail as it comes

Yeah, Evolution is the best. If I could only convince my g/f to use linux.

I use Thunderbird now. I like it because each account gets its own inbox and I don't have to create new profiles for it.

does pocomail use SSL yet? i played with it some, but it was a pain to get SSL to work with it so went back to Eudora. whats new in the pocomail beta?

Outlook 2003 is pretty solid, but so is outlook XP. You can have multiple user accounts with differing profiles mulitple email address going to one inbox, like hotmail, or even emails using a pop3 server. ANd there are tons of ways to orginize how you veiw your mail. i have my right now by name of person sent. you can also archive old items. Keep in mind that the outlook that comes with windows is not as good as teh outlook that comes with the office suit. only downside is its not free. but you can get a a cheap version of office XP if you can get a student or a teacher to buy it for you(retail 149.99)

Not many people using Outlook XP. Odd.

I use outlook xp because it keeps me contacts and notes in sync with my pocketpc. I am afraid if I go to another mail program, I wont beable to sync my contacts and notes/to do lists with my pocketpc...


Only reason I am forced to use "outlook"
