Toy poodle. I know that sounds..unmanly, but trust me. They don't shed, and they have the heart of any bigger dog. They aren't yippy or anything. Mine is more of an outside dog than an inside..used to love chasing deer.

Second smartest breed of dog too.

I will work on my quoting in the future to keep things readable for other forum members.

I really don't give a damn what you think personally.

Good to see you had zero reply or rebuttal because you are flat out wrong....

I've met some that were dumb as a brick, and you need to groom them EVERY DAY or shave them because the long hair gets crap stuck in it all the damn time. This is not a dog you walk in the woods with.

They are a product of their environment...however; as dogs in general among the smartest.

People have to groom everyday too and most males should shave as well...also most families don't go out into the woods. I don't care for them, but a poodle toy, standard, whatever are great dogs for many. If the poodle has a problem with pooping, shave their tail end once a month or two.

They can actually play the big dog too.

Jack Russells are compact, need activity though. They can be lap dogs and great watch dogs.

Like all Terrier breeds, Jack Russell Terriers (JRT's) have a tendancy to be animal agressive. There have been quite a few reports of larger dogs roaming into the yard of a JRT ending up killed/maimed or hurt.

There is a short and long legged variation as well as smooth or wire coat (Curly)...

I put JRT right below Shiba Inu for me.

It is just not worth arguing over anymore.

If people are required to license a gun, they should be required to license such a powerful, aggressive animal.

That is the way I feel, it is not going to change. I understand why you feel the way you do. I would not be afraid to have kids around your dogs ect.. (yes i acknowledge they are not pits)

Would I want my kids around them in general. Hell no! They were bred to fight, bait animals ect..

I don't agree with gun licensing. If I ever got picked off, so be it. Making documents that state exactly what weapons you own, your address, what ammo you buy, etc is insane to me.

Dogs have been adulterated. Pits (Spot from Lil' Rascals) have been re-bred into monsters...beaten and cut up to make them more mean. However, Hitler made man of the year in Time once. The dog breed is a great one though, just messed up by 'YO CHECK OUT MY DAWGS'

A lot of animal injuries come from lesser animals...usually the smaller the most neglected end up giving a good bite.
