Best gaming monitor suggestions please?

This is my first build so I'm need to pick among the best so if you have any other suggestions list below.
MY OPTIONS ARE,
-Acer(KA240HQ-24 inches IPS)(4ms with 60Hz)
-BenQ(RL2240HE-21.5inches)(1ms with 60Hz)
Both have upto 1080p max.
This is kind of budget build(11,000inr max)

You literally have two options?

The Acer is an office monitor. The BenQ is a gaming monitor. If you want the better gaming monitor, pick the BenQ.

If 60hz is your target range you have a plethora of choices out there.

Technically, monitors are peripherals, however, Admin decided to create a separate forum called DISPLAYS. Ergo, I am moving it to preserve subject integrity.
