Best graphics evar in a PC game? Upcoming mindblowing graphic engines?

Let's get one thing settled, no AA != max settings.

Crysis (and its engine) are way ahead of everyone else. That upcoming Metro2033 game is going to look great mostly because it seems the environments will quite limiting when compared to something like the island in Crysis.

i just switched from an intel based core 2 duo E6750 system running a single bfg 8800gt to an AMD based unlocked 550 BE phenom II and a single visiontek 5770 card. never had anything by AMD or ATI before. will i notice any differecne in say COD Modern warfare or COD 2 play.? i mainly built it to see if i could unlock the BE 550 cpu to a quad core. didn't really have any expectations beyond that. no i do not own a copy of crysis.
