best heatsink + fan for xp1600?

I have decided on all the components:

Antec sx1030 w/ Enhance power supply (300w)
Shuttle AK31A
AMD xp1600
CardExpert mx400 64mb
Crucial 256 ddr (Where is the coupon Anand mentioned in the weekly price update?)

The only thing left is the heatsink and fan. Help please!!

The Alpha PAL8045 is getting a lot of recommendations, but it's huge and I decided not to get it becuase you have to take your mobo out every time you remove the hsf since it screws on instead of clipping on. I recommend the Thermalright SK6.

SK6 is a good choice. The Alpha is great but does not fit on that mobo without bending a capacitor out of the way which is not recommended.

Alpha PAL6035 for space constraints and PAL8045 if it fits There's a coupon for Crucial ram? That stuff is so cheap already...

since you're getting the shuttle ak31a and there are some issues with that motherboard and the alpha pal8045, i suggest the thermalright sk6. I own one and it's great. It's a little big loud though with the 38cfm fan. If you think noise isn't a problem for u, go for it. I thought it wouldn't be an issue and after about 2 months, it's getting on my nerves =)
