You can see my other thread about my symptoms. Just wondering how to decide which ER to go to. What's the best in NYC?

Since starting that the urgency of my BM's has decreased, and I think the frequency has as well but I haven't kept track. Joint pain is still present in my knees, and hips. I'm still seeing blood most of the time that I "go", but it's not as much as before. Gas and bloating have gone completely, and thus the explosiveness is also gone from BM's, and I no longer get a painful urgent need to go only to release some gas.

Why do you feel like you need to go to the ER right now, when you've been dealing with doctors for this issue for months? The ER is for medical emergencies. If you have the time to post on here, you don't have a medical emergency. Go to a clinic or see your doctor tomorrow.

Alright, I could be wrong here... but isn't blood in urine a VERY BAD thing? I would most certainly go to the ER.

I think it's blood in his diarrhea.
This is not an emergency. Do not go to the ER.Originally posted by: KingGheedora

You are totally wrong. I haven't been dealing with doctors for months, the first visit was about 4 weeks ago. The way that these people operate is they ask you a bunch of questions, then schedule you for tests. You go in for the test, then you schedule to see the doctor again. Then they schedule you to see a specialist to get more tests. The specialist asks you the same questions, and then in my case told me to schedule a colonoscopy, but the next appointment wasn't until June 29th. If i go to the ER, all the tests get done right away and I don't have to wait weeks while my health wanes away and I suffer every day with pain and constant trips to the toilet, etc.
Since I first went to the doc everything has gotten much worse, and I've gone from around 162lbs, to 148lbs today. I have to go squirt liquid/blood out at least 12x a day. Anyone with some medical sense knows this is an emergency. My doctor even told me himself that if it gets worse to go to the ER.
Here's my other thread btw:
