Best HSF for overclocking a 4000+?

Not interested in Zalman or Gigibyte if possible. I am hoping there is a better solution out there and being quiet is big on my agenda but cooling effectiveness has to be top as well. Now when i say quiet i don't mean as in the noise of moving air but as in other annoying whines and rattles that fans can make that really tend to get on my nerves. Also i want one that will attach to my existing s939 bracket. I think i have asked too much again Is there such a product out there?

go water!! well if u need a decient cooler, the TT Big Typhoon is a excellent cooler as well. everyone that has one will vouch for them

Since you have the most posts i will go with your suggestion. So i can buy this heat sink then try different fans on top of it? Also does it need its own bracket or will it just slot straight into my existing setup? I really want to avoid having to remove the backplate as that is a lot of extra work.

When I wrote my post earlier, I didn't knew about the SI-120. I did a bit of googling and found out that it performs just the same as the XP-120, but has better motherboard compatibility, so now I recommend the SI-120 instead.

And oh the SI-120 uses fan brackets and accepts 120mm fans BTW. It doesn't come with any fans, so you will to buy one. I don't know much about fans, so I cannot really recommend one, sorry.

The XP-120 if it fits your board.. XP-90 if the 120 does not..
