i didnt like raiders as much as last crusade. the part where indy turns around and he's facing hitler, come on, how can you beat that?

Raiders gets my vote.

The Last Crusade shines because of the interaction between Indy and his dad. I don't think the story was quite as good, but the addition of Sean Connery more than made up for it. The only redeeming part of ToD was Short Round. It just wasn't nearly as "fun" as the other two.

I'm really looking forward to the new one.

Raiders of the Lost Ark is definitely the best of the three. I find myself watching Lost Crusade more often though. Any movie where Sean Connery utters the phrase, "The quest for the grail is not archaeology, it's a race against evil. If it is captured by the Nazis, the armies of darkness will march all over the face of the Earth..." God, just thinking about it makes my nipples hard.

TLC is down here (cheeziness - too supernaturalish) but it's still a classic.

I liked Last Crusade best, but Raiders was the better movie. I grew up with Last Crusade and although I was a bit too young to really "get" the dialogue, watching Sean Connery blow up his own plane's tail and then say "Son, I'm sorry...they got us" translates pretty well no matter what

Temple of doom wasn't bad at all, I don't understand the fading of it here. It wasn't as good as the others, but it was still eminently watchable.

There's a huge Indian/Middle Eastern man with a turban standing in Indy's way. He's just standing there wielding a huge sword for showmanship for like 10 seconds and looks all badass. Indy eventually just pulls out a gun and shoots him. lol

I don't remember what movie that's in, but that automatically makes it the best in the series.

He's no River Phoenix (whom by the way, if you watch the beginning to Crusade, nailed Harrison Ford's portrayal of Indiana Jones to the letter. Ever body movement was pure Indiana.
