Ok classic example of the long joke with a simple pun punchline. Just that this version takes it beyond the point of tolerance. I started speed reading it after the first page and still was disappointed with the pun at the end.
I wish I had the patience to read it again.
it's definitely worth a second read.... so many subtleties and nuances that you don't get the first time through that really change the meaning for me.
