Best keychain flashlight

My second Fenix P1D has died on me and it is no longer available. BTW, their warranty is useless. They literally tell you that it's too expensive to mail it back to them internationally. That was the comment I received when I emailed them. It did last 9 years though.

My keychain is already pretty full, so I prefer something small and lightweight, though I can live with a CR123 powered light.

So what should I switch over to?

What is the successor to the Fenix P1D?

Yet it broke, and you're out $70. That's 70 dollar store flashlights. Figure 20 of them are DOA, or last a very short while, that leaves you with 50. If the rest of those last half a year, you got 25 years of light. How long did you have your $70 light?

Depends on what you want in a flashlight. You're not getting a Cree XML light for $1. Even from DX, they're around $15 for a CR123 version.

We have one by coast that is well made and has good features. I would check them out.

I guess it's aaa though, the g5. Cheap too.
