I got my memory running at 133 MHz CAS3 with 4-way interleave by raising the ram voltage to 3.4 volts.
I still can't get above 110 MHz FSB (with the ram running at 100 MHz), I'm going to try to lower the multiplier to see if this (6,5*110) really is the limit of the chip.
I did try to raise the chip voltage to 1,8 volts, but still no luck, the chip is running at a comfy 32C idle temp, with a GW FOS-32 cooler, so heat shouldn't be an issue.
