Best mobo?: XP/RAID/DDR/easy/*STABILITY*?

I'm not up on the latest in mobo's as it's been almost a year since I built any systems. They were based on Asus A7V and A7V133. These have been acceptable but not amazing (and of course are no longer in the 'upper eschelon'). As title indicates, I'm planning Athlon XP, DDR, RAID. I want something that won't give me fits, actually that is the smoothest and nicest setting up and tweaking, and most importantly runs rock STABLE with the absolute minimum of glitches and crashes. I DON'T need the cutting edge in speed/performance. Mostly I need ability for a lot of various functions and devices: Image editing, video capture/editing, audio processing. I'll probably do mild overclocking if it's stable. As I recall IWill was getting good buzz last year. Would the XP-333R be a good canididate for me? How 'bout Asus and Abit candidates?

MSI 845 Ultra AR/U. Stable and an absolutely no brainer to install. No jumpers and XP detects all the hardware. I built one 3 months ago for our office and it's been rock solid since day one. I just finished building six more.

I would personally go with A7V333. You're asking for a athlon base board right?? I've never had any problems wish Asus line of boards. They're stable to o/c too.

Thanks all. sorry for the delayed response (having two small kids will do that to ya . I went with the Asus A7V333, mostly because I'm familiar and have had good times with Asus and it seemed fairly close to a toss up otherwise. I saw a couple less than encouraging things about the IWill board. Not that they're not good, just less friendly to deal with. Some grief I have no macho pride to tackle right now (having two small kids will do that to ya . Thaks again.
