Best outsourced exchange hosting?

I need 1 mailbox, at least 3gb and I'm only interested in making sure it's reliable and fast (It's for business on the move).

I've read a lot of reviews but there's a lot of 'certified hosts' around so it'd be great if anyone can recommend any they've used or heard of being decent?

I've had good experiences with both mail2web and mailstreet. However, both offer (I believe) 1GB mailboxes, and additional storage is pretty expensive.

I use sherweb for all of my clients. They are canadian and don't have 24/7 phone support but they have the best prices and have had no problems for over a year.

I've almost pulled the trigger with sherweb a few times, but never have. Another company that seems to have their act together is Appriver.
