Hi Im a newbie and would like u to help me find which would be the best overclocking for my rig with stock cooling, this is it:

Cooler MasterCenturion 5 case
A8N SLI premium Mobo
Amd Atlhlon 64 3700+ San Diego (2.2ghz)
Evga Geforce 6800 GS superclocked (490/1100)
OCZ Platinum Rev 2 EL ddr400 1gb dual channel (512 x2)
HItachi 250 gb sata 2
