Best Pentium III Chip For Overclocking

I'm looking for a Pentium III, what would give the best price/performance?

The sweet spot right now is a 700. I have a OEM Slot 1 700 that'll do 966 at 1.8 volts. I just grabbed a retail flip-chip 700 (Phillippines week 20), I haven't put it entirely through the wringer yet, but so far I know that it's GHz-capable. Go retail when you buy one.

I have heard of a lot of people getting 866 from 650s at default voltage or less, including myself. If you don't want to run the CPU over default voltage, or at least not by much (most likely - each chip is different and results may very a lot) a 650 overclocked to 866 is a good bet.

600e will do 800 on standard cooling. 650e is another good choice. Sounds like the 700 would be your best bet though.

The word on the street is cBO 700 MHz can hit 933 MHz.
