Well - if you're in the Bay Area (I'm not sure if they have other locations), you should try Site for Sore Eyes - best deal by far. They usually have this $99 deal that gives you 8 boxes (1 yr supply of contacts) and UNLIMITED solution for that year. Best deal I could find when I got mine. It's a bit more expensive when you need the fancy contact (toric or whatever).

Walmart has ok prices, Sams and Costco have excellent prices (~$13/box)

costco's great, I goto this place in china town (san francisco) they're a little cheaper than costco. I buy a years worth at a time. make sure you get the rebate too.

There is no one best place to buy contact lenses. Use lensprice and find a vendor you're comfortable with.
