I googled for exhaust hangers and saw that JC Whitney had a lot of positive feedback, so I'm guessing they're a good choice. Also, sorry for a very noobish question (I don't even know if it's proper to ask this here) but what are exhaust hangers anyway? I confuse them over the actual exhaust and they told me that two are different.

If you can link to a site selling them, then you know what they are and don't have to ask. Which leads me to believe that you're trying to get clicks on the link rather than actually help the OP.
