A company that preaches (to the EXTREME) bout proper communication, best practices, and ITIL had senior employees who decided to just bypass all cnotrols to try to resolve a problem that they had no idea what to do with. it failed, and made it worse. It got funny when it was forecasted that they would try to reinstall the app next as a joke...and they did.

hah! Well all the feedback was good but the point still stands! How many of you guys have been in a 'more talk less work' environment where even the top management doesn't give a crap 'bout process, but then shoves it down your throat every chance they get?
