I LOVE this game! And that's coming from someone who hates anime. Something about the game play really got me. And the story was at least halfway engaging. I still fire it up every once in a while. Oldest game I play.

I would also add:

Star Wars: Rogue Squadron (can be difficult to get working on Windows 7)


I also seem to recall a good Decent-like game called Forsaken.
