Best program to Overclock Nvidia 6600GT

I am looking for the best program to OC my video card 6600GT. I know there is NVIDIA control panel but it seems that it has to be running for it to stay. I am looking for a HARDCLOCK overclock on the 6600GT, not where I need control panel NVIDIA to be running at the same time..

ATI TOOL works well, on nvidia cards as well.

Coolbits doesn't keep your overclocked 3d settings? Are you sure you're not just confusing the 2d speeds with 3d speeds?

This is a stupid question, but did you check "Apply settings at start-up?"
