I bought the TwinMOS from the Egg and they are great. For ~$110, you can't beat it. They will go over 3.5 volts easy. I am running them CAS 1.5-2-2-5 on 2.7v @ 200mhz dual channel for the warmup. I will move them into my new system in 2 weeks when they are ready. As far as what you buy, it depends on the motherboard. If your MBD can't overvolt, you should buy expensive Corsair and run them at rated speeds. That just isn't my style, though.Originally posted by: n yusef
OCZ PC4000 Gold VX. With money constraints: TwinMOS Speed Premium. They are both the exact same chips and PCB, but the OCZ is guaranteed to hit DDR500 at 2-2-2-7, while the TwinMOS is not.
