Best SMoothie combo?

Hippy maybe, but not poor. Good kale costs decent money. I probably juice/smoothie like $5+ of kale a day (which is not that much Kale).

It does now, because of the moron hippy dippy "organic" food morons driving prices up. Kale is what you put in soup (food of the poor people) because you need some kind of filler green.

Bit of an acquired taste:
- Lots of Kale (frozen, they last longer)
- 1 ripe banana
- frozen pineapple chunks
- handful of frozen blueberries
- water

We use a commercial grade vitamix and use fresh and frozen fruit. Today I did banana & strawberry with 100% fruit juice. Water would probably be better for me but for a liquid I like to use juice.

More liquid is needed if you're just using frozen fruit but in the summer we have more options for fresh.

Other things we use:
Dark cherries, kale, spinach, green apple, mango, blueberries

I freeze the remainder and eat it like a dessert or as part of breakfast throughout the week. It's the consistency of a sorbet when it thaws for about 20 mins.

strawberry and banana. i use frozen strawberries because they spoil immediately if i don't freeze them.

1/3 pitcher strawberries
1/3 bananas
1/3 ice
2 tablespoons of sugar, a teaspoon of salt, a splash of vanilla extract and generous dousing of whole milk

I make a bunch of things but always try to add 2 scoops of flaxseeds. That stuff is a miraculous.
