I'll just leave this here

Connecticut: I love Pepe's white clam pizza and that picture almost tempted me to drive to New Haven to get one. It's not really a snack though.
Durian, King of Fruits.
Very stinky, very good. And you don't have to worry about some guy stealing yours.
i just want to be the first to point out that boiled peanuts are fucking disgusting
I kind of agree with you about Blue Bell. It isn't the best in the world, but it definitely is a Texas tradition.
I'd still vote for the Frito Pie, though. Friday night HS football games aren't the same without one
This.
I love Mexican/Tex-Mex, but avoid cilantro. Tastes like dish soap to me.
That's because you're an Aggie. Pretty sure they're in Austin only.
It's a meal, but the leftovers always make for a good snack
But I went to school in San Marcos...
Fuck your candy. Chips n salsa all day.
Salt water taffy is a very popular summer treat in NJ. I agree.
You have leftovers?!?!?!?!?!?!?
No offense. But saltwater taffy sucks. I've had probably 60 varieties and they have all been terrible.
Sure. A large White Clam pie is still a Bit too much food for one person
LOL
I also went to school in San Marcos, and prefer chips and salsa (and queso).
It took you 60 tries to decide it's terrible?

Not if I'm really hungry.
I just heard Sally's is up for sale, the mom died and the kids want to get out. I like Sally's regular tomato-based pizza better than Pepe's, but Pepe's rules for white clam.
Had fried cheese curds for the first time while visiting Minnesota a few years ago at the state fair. They were freakin awesome. Wish i could find a place that had them here in NY.
I approve the MI one. Some Better Made with Fago pop, awesome!
I agree with the Michigan one if you are in the Metro Detroit area. I think better snack would be either coney dogs or chili cheese fries for the lower peninsula and pasties for the upper peninsula
