AT says MSI, I personally only hear about problems with that board. I'd for for either the ASUS or ABIT board personally. I'm not sure of the exact model numbers though. I think they only make one.

I'd say the Gigabyte K8-NSNXP-939 board....

but that and the MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum are very close...its definetly between those 2 boards...

I am using the MSI K8N Neo2 with AMD3500. Combo runs great.
I am not sure if I like the nVidia drives, but other than that it is great!
I did need to remove SP2 and go back to SP1. I had lots of problems with slow boots and other things.

I'm very happy with my MSI board, and I've had no problems other than the CPU temp reporting issue (which has been fixed in the latest BIOS update). XP SP2 also didn't give me any problems at all, don't know what happened to the other guy's install.
