Best Star Trek Movie

I would also like to see a DS9 movie, DS9 the series was really good. I thought it was cool how towards the end the series covered an "epic" war. Sort of stuck a Tolkenish chord with me.

But I think it would be to complicated and impractical to do so.....maybe of both cast from TNG and DS9 did a movie together? That could be pretty cool.

First Contact is the only one that is worth seeing twice. Excellent plot/action/story....

Wrath of Khan pulls in second even though it is basically a space-submarine movie.

I agree with the popular opinion that ST2 was the best. Also, the ones that Leonard Nimoy directed (ST III and IV) are generally much better than the one that William Shatner directed (ST5).

I enjoy the newer ones with the crew from STTNG, probably because Patrick Stewart is just such an awesome actor.

ok, i finished ST5 yesterday night...and it sucked. WTH were they trying to do? it made me fall asleep and when i woke up i ended up hating Star Trek for a little while cuz they crapped a huge dung pile and put the name ST5: Fianl Frontier on it...but i'm better now. i have to rent ST2 and 4 this week just so i could feel better about the original star trek cast.

ST2---that movie with Kahn in it was GREAT. True to the original series also.

The Wrath of Kahn came on yesterday morning at around 2:00AM on TBS, or was it TNT? (one of those :05 stations). Anyway, it was just as good as ever:

Kids will also probably feel the same about Jewel Kilcher in 30 years, yet everyone who saw her at Woodstock 99 would beg to differ. Such range and flexibility, such magnetism (stay away from my PC :Q).

Star Trek II wrath of Khan was great, but i also liked Star Trek 5, the journey home. That was definatley a great movie. Especially the part where Scottie tries to use that old Apple Macintosh hahaha he tries to use the mouse as a microphone to talk to the computer.
