Best sub $400 19" monitor?

Just wondering what the concensus(sp?) on what the best 19" monitor is for under $400 is. For my budget, lower is better, but i'm not willing to let my eyes bleed just to make the budget.

I got my KDS 19" VS-193e for $300 shipped. I like it.

I should have got the KDS 19" AV195T for ~$400 shipped. Trinitron monitor.

I just bought a SamSung SyncMaster 900NF and it is very clear and has a very high refresh rate at 1600*1200 it has a refresh rate of 87hz at 1024*786 the refresh is 132hz. got it for $380 from Netop, Inc. Tel-201-392-8877. They are in NJ.

It is a aperture grill monitor with a Dimondtron Flat Tube.

A thread like this pops up about 2+ times a week. Just do a search and you'd be suuprised on the amount of thread's you'll dig up.

Most of them would say get the Samsung Syncmaster 900NF if your way to lazy to go do that.
