Best Surround Sound Speakers?

Hello,
I am looking for a nice set of quality surround sound speakers for around $150 and would like to now the best ones would be. I'll be playing DVDs, CDs, MP3s and maybe making my own music. Any suggestions? Thanx!

Altec Lansing makes great speakers. i would have gotten the surround sound setup if i had the money. just go to alteclansing.com and take a look

yeah Altec Lansing is pretty good plus its cheap too, well atleast cheaper then other surrounding speakers, I have ADA880 and I love it. If you like 5.1 channel then you should go to for Creative Desk Top Theater 5.1 DTT3500 check out the review at 3D Sound.

I have some side firing ones I got for 130 and they put out more sound than my parent's in home system. Then again, dual voice coils does add quite a bit..
