Should be available pretty much everywhere by now. I'm on the east coast so we were late in getting them in stores.

I used to live in upstate NY and got them locally. Not sure where they're native to, but I know they're at least grown in NY.

Cameos are amazing. I first tried them about a year ago. They're always so crisp and sweet. They're even the best looking apples in my opinion.
