Best usb headphones with mic?

Looking for advice on a decent set of headphones/mic that are usb based. This is mostly for gaming/voice chat. TIA

That translates into a headset. Do you have a budget? A really good one is Sennheiser PC350SE, no longer in production, but still can be found. Also, wired or wireless?

Thanks for the link. Wired is my preference. Budget is no more than $150 or so.
