I don't care about speed of recharging the battery pack,
but I care about the speed at which the battery pack recharges the phone.

Do both of these charge the phone at the 2.2A speed?

The Anker will do. But not sure if the one on monoprice will do since the total output is just 2.2A.

Love my Anker with the two 2A outputs, it was around $20 on Amazon. Perfect size for me with an ipad and a mid-range android.
