Best value ram?

I'm looking for good value ram to save some money^^ Does anyone have a suggestion...?

P.S. I'm needing 2 gigs of ram

corsair would be my choice just because its a well known brand with good reps, but any value ram would do great no matter what brand it is. just make sure it has decent timings.

timings... what would you consider to be decent for timings..?

the lower, the better. yeah, not really descriptive, cause amd doesnt really depend too much on timings and latency like intel does, but ever bit counts.

tmings are not important on value ram at all, cause he won't be overclocking, plus you don't want to oc with value anyway.

I just bought this set, $185 after rebate. It's OCZ, and I believe it's one step up from their lowest line.

Looking at the cheapest 2x1GB kits, I'd go with this one. $10 more for lower latency isn't bad at all.
