Deus Ex + Deus Ex: Human Revolution
Alpha Protocol - picked up for $5? i thought it was amazing.
Crysis 3 - this probably falls more under surprise. might be controversial, but i really loved it. the music was incredible and really set the mood. also, the bow was awesome.

very impressed by Far Cry 3 so far.

oh, let me add Diablo 1. while 2 and 3 have far better replayability and customization, D1 has the best atmosphere of the 3, i think. every level seemed to get creepier than the one before it. and god help me if i encountered the acid hound boss on lvl 6 of the catacombs.

I used to play on consoles, never paid much mind to PC gaming until the last couple years, but am glad I've opened my eyes to what I was missing as it offers so many more Quality titles compared to consoles and the repetative crud I used to always end up disapointed with. So tbh I'm just glad to have found pc gaming and now laugh at the games I used to play because they pale in comparison.

I still have alot of games I plan to play at some time. I don't put a whole lot of time into gaming each day, but will get to my backlog eventually. I'm sure I'm missing some great titles on my list...

I really want to play the Mass Effect Trilogy, and actually have bought it, but I can't bring myself to install the Origin Client on my PC. I'm hoping at some point I can find someone that'll trade me the trilogy for the steam collection(whenever I have acquire trading privlages/find an honest trade)...is that that rediculous that i refuse to sully my pc with Origin?

UT3-this one for most older UT fans was a fail but it was my second love besides BF2. Many late nights of no sleep and many energy drinks.

BF2-got me into pc gaming and caused me to build my first gaming rig. Much fun still even to this day.

BC2-got me out of UT3 land where i had left BF2 already, played this mainly till BF3 went beta then lost interest cause BF3 was just that awesome.

BF3-64 players, awesome graphics and a beta that honestly was smoother then BF4 was when it hit retail.

WOT- shocked i listed a mmo game aren't you guys? It's my first and honestly a ton of fun. My buddy and my cousin occasionally platoon with me and its epic fun.

Monkey Island and all the Monkey Island games.
Torment - *hands down best RPG even better than BG2; they took everything that was great in BG series and turned it up to a ten*
X-Wing/Tie Fighter - hex hacking at its best
Diablo *possibly my favorite all time game. Nothing was like it at the time; still nothing has truly capture its atmophere. This game just wanted to kill you from the beginning; no quarter; no nothing. Agree acid hound boss at that level was just evil. The butcher at 2 am; 5.1 surround sound scared the living crap out of me. 2 and 3 - just can't quite capture that feeling*
System Shock 1 and 2.....Shogon - what a bitch
Evercrack - I mean Everquest
Alpha Protocal *buggy but story is awesome*
Shadow Run Returns
Deux Ex Returns - very solid
Tomb Raider - so enjoyed that game.
