. . . By the way . . .

From my own observations with thermal sensors attached to my Aerogate II front-panel controller, it seems there is a 3F to 5F lag between what is sensed off the bottom of either the VGA-GPU heatsink, the chipset heatsink, or the CPU heatsink base. It seems remarkably consistent -- when I can measure through the built-in sensors, as with the GPU and CPU. That is, the taped-on thermal sensors report temps about 3 to 5F lower than those in SpeedFan, MBM, etc.

This, by itself, would be good. But did the spread between idle and load temperatures decrease significantly?

If the hype about the Asetek heatpipe coolers and the more specific bench results on the ThermalRight XP-120 can be an indication, we now have an overlap between aspects of water-cooling performance and that of heatpipe coolers.

I think if water-cooling is to remain viable, we're going to see kits soon that utilize some sort of TEC chiller. Enough people have been doing this in exotic projects recently, and places like Sidewinder Computers sell the parts for it.

The 9C I stated was at load, as was the supposition I made about the 15C drop at 1.65V.

So any body found good water cooling despite the price. Or any body have any idea to make a good water cooling by your self.
Give us the links please.

Well, it's going to cost SOMETHING for minimal quality. What's the cost of a radiator purchased from Sidewinder? What's the cost of a heater-core purchased at the junk-yard? And what will be the cost of transforming the heater-core to fit standard water-cooling hoses and fittings? Your 120mm fan or fans may cost you between $5 and $20 each; your water-block(s) will cost you between $30 and $80 each if purchased separately. Hoses and fittings will cost some nominal amount, also.

With heatpipe coolers such as the ThermalRight SI-120, the XP-120/90/90C, the less-proven but promising CNPS-9500-LED and the AseTek VapopChill Micro "Extreme Performance," we may now have an over-lap between air-cooling performance with minimum noise and basic no-frills water-cooling with the same noise. Some of the best known (emphasis) heatpipe coolers can be had for $45 each, and others range up to $90+ dollars in price -- although those prices will also come down eventually.

So, in my Oldheimer's mentally-disabled redundancy, I'd say that the future of water-cooling will be some sort of thermally controlled, condensation-insulated chilled-water solution.
