I personally never put more than one partition on my HDDs. Yes, the basic idea that you would use the separate partitions for different purposes is cool, but sooner or later you'll simply run out of space on one or more of them and then you'll start to store stuff on partitions where they don't belong to. What you're looking for are *directories*

There is no performance advantage in having multiple partitions. You're just making things more difficult for yourself by having all of those partitions. Defragmentation is way overrated. With NTFS(compared to FAT32) fragmentation doesn't cause a noticable drop in performance unless it's very severe. Don't worry about it.
You should use the smaller, faster Raptor drive for the OS and programs. Use the bigger drive for your data and Ghost images of the Raptor drive. Just one partition(always NTFS) on each drive. Use folders for organization. I think I'd keep the page file on the Raptor. Set the size manually(Min=Max=4096MB) so it won't fragment.
Why do you want to keep your My Documents and Saved Games on the Raptor? I'd put ALL of the data on the bigger drive. That way you could replace or reformat the Raptor without losing any data.

Well another thought of having another partition for My documents is because if somehow my OS gets corrupted or damage , it will be easier to reinstall it and My documents will not be lost.....

Good Idea ,
What do you guys now for my new config
Raptor
1. 150GB PageFile 1 + OS + App + Games + My Documents
Seagate
1. 30GB Pagefile 2 + Download Temp + IE Temp + Firefox Temp? (Im not sure if i can moved the Firefox temp so pls advise). I create this partition because files in it can easily fragment my OS so i put it here.
2. 570GB Collections (Movies,Musics,etc...)
3. 150GB Backup (Image of Raptor)
Please advise....
Thanks
