Woah, thanks Ross - I gotta check with Terry and see if I can change my account to that deal.
I see he now supports Ruby on Rails too, someone was just asking me about that.

What exactly is Ruby on Rails?

Yeah, there's something that is sustainable. Just based on that information, STAY AWAY FROM DREAMHOST. I challenge you to find people that are using those resources on Dreamhost.
Thank you very much for the kind complimentsOriginally posted by: ponjovi
I signed up for Cernax hosting (www.cernax.com) based on price and positive reviews of their customer service that i read here in AT forums.
I just emailed their support team today for first time. Auto reply email came within a minute of me submitting my question. Detailed email walking me through the process came 7 minutes later. I emailed back immediately. 2nd detailed email came 8 minutes later. Problem resolved. I was stoked, to say the least.
I signed up for a $25/year (comes out to what, $2/month?) plan, which is obviously a very basic plan but all that I need for now.
For me, and my level of experience with creating web sites (beginner), the level of customer service is worth much more than the price they charge.
btw, i'm not affiliated in any way. just a very satisfied customer.
