Does anyone know how I can find a high up persons E-mail address at bestbuy besides there generic one? I have a complaint and would like to e-mail someone at bestbuy that could actually help. Ive tried doing a search but havnt came accross any ones. Sorry if I posted this is the wrong fourms!

Actually if you send email to them stating that you would post on Anandtech forums, and other forums, plus on PlanetFeedback...they WOULD reply back to you, and chances are, it would be some manager. I've done this with Circuit City.

Waste of your time...forget it. No matter how bad of a complaint you have its not worth your time...unless someone beat your child...then complain away.

Forget it, they don't care. I used snail mail once to complain and sent it to the CEO. Just got a letter back saying they hope I'll shop at their store again. No resolution.

if you lived in MA i would have told ya where the disrtict office is so you could go there and complain. ask so one if they know where the district office is (most times it in back of one of the stores)

Here's an idea. Go to www.planetfeedback.com and place your complaint there. This has a dual benefit: 1) they forward a copy of your letter to the CEO of the company (can't get much higher up than that), and 2) it's posted in a public area (if you want it to be) for others to see. This warns other consumers away from stores/businesses that are not paying attention to customer service.

I had good luck with PlanetFeedback when ubid.com ripped me off. Although they didn't make it right, I did at least get a response and apology from the CEO.

Hope this helps. I, too, have had miserable experiences with BestBuy. I think they should change their name to "Nice Try". Three strikes for me so far. I'll probably still give them another chance. What am I thinking?

They pulled the same BS with me and I ordered it at 1am Sunday the day it went on sale.

They realized that the cost had gone up AFTER advertising the price. So they played this little game to keep from losing money.

What they did is illegal and we should seriously start a class action suit against them.

They claim that the chip is "no longer available from Micron" hahaha...we all know THATS BS.

If it even gets to the CEO, he just forwards it to his staff and they handle the apologizing and what not. Better than nothing though.
