Sneaky Pete is great, whoever is not watching it is missing out. More action in a single episode than in an entire season of Saul. Alas, Cranston was not in season 2. I binge watched it waiting and waiting for him to show up and throw a monkey wrench into Pete's con and nothing, not even a 2-minute cameo. That's kind of a letdown. I've give season one a 9.8/10 and season two an 8.8/10 just for Cranston going missing. Still one of the strongest shows on TV, there's never a dull moment or a filler scene. Everything that's happening is happening for a reason. It's got that same attention to detail and subtle layering that Breaking Bad had. Things that don't seem important at first glance are huge down the road as the plan unfolds.

The problem (my problem) with Sneaky Pete is that nearly every character in the show (including Pete/Marius, and maybe even especially Marius) is a shitbag, with no redeeming values.

I tried watching Sneaky Pete and after 5 episodes got bored. It just didn't do much for me, and the acting in the show is pretty atrocious which just takes me out of it. I also just don't like the actor who plays Pete so that has a lot to do with it. He always has that look and sound like he's about to cry and it just grinds my gears.

I had no clue this started today until I looked at Twitter this morning and saw an ad for it. I thought it always started around February. Didn't the previous season end in like March?

Solid episode. I wish this show was longer than 60 minutes though because due to it's pace I just want more and want more to happen.

Mike was great in this episode. I had no clue wtf was going on then at the end I busted out LOL'ing.

I also wonder why that dude is tailing Nacho. I'm guessing Gus has a bad feeling about him.

Sucks that it's been like 18 months since previous episodes, I don't remember all of the details or storylines. I had forgotten Kim got in that horrible crash from exhaustion.

So last night was probably one of the best episodes ever IMO...

The scene of Kim telling off Howard was incredible and the acting was unreal. One of the best acted scenes in this series IMO. Just very well done on her part.

And then Gus ... HOLY SHIT GUS! Such a badass!

The one Jimmy thing he did was bring Kim dinner like he said he would, the rest was all Saul.

I agree, but I still didn't fully get what he was trying to do with that first job offer. I was a bit distracted at that part too so I'm not sure if I just missed it or what.

Yeah that was kind of what I got out of it, like he was just trying to make them feel like suckers, but it was such a dick move and definitely not Jimmy we've come to love, but I wasn't sure if there was something else about it that I just missed. Definitely him transitioning to Saul.

I think it pissed Jimmy off that those clowns were so easily manipulated into hiring him at that point, that's why he so vehemently declined their offer.

I think he is realizing he has been manipulated all his life by people he has no respect for and is going to turn the tables on them. They are all fair game now.
