Yep, I've been a sap to try to engage in an intelligent conversation with a fanboy. Live and learn, I guess.
So far it doesn't appear you're doing any such thing.

I'm also watching battle creek besides better call Saul and I'm liking that too.

Yea he has the similar style of lines in that show. But from what I remember from Oz, he always acted that way.Pretty good. Can't quite shake the feeling that I'm watching an Allstate commercial, though.
I admittedly loved BB. I would go so far to proclaim it's as good as TV or movies get. But I have to wonder, if you find it only as "good" and much of it boring/dreadful/etc... What shows do hit on all cylinders for you?Sorry, guys. Breaking Bad was not Shakespeare, no matter how big your fandom. Boring is boring. It was a good show, but it didn't always fire on all cylinders.

BBB: breaking bad bandwagoners
I really liked last episode. SLower than the last four but still was great for character understanding and development. Can't wait to see more of Mike, how he became what he was in BB.
This show is awesome, well made and awesome.
I'm a lot less fond of Better Call Saul than I was 2 episodes ago. The first three set the stage nicely, gave us a good background on who Jimmy was before he morphed into Saul, introduced Mike, gave Saul the entry into the criminal underworld, everything was falling into place. Even the last episode, while slow, had the billboard scam which was another piece of the Jimmy/Saul transition. But this episode felt completely like a throwaway. Nothing really advanced outside the last 15 seconds. Good to see that maybe Mike will get some action going forward, but the Chuck arc is pure torture. It's consuming and wasting an awful lot of screen time with no payoff in sight.
Not to mention: It's also awesome! This show is awesome, well made and awesome.
I'm sure Michael Bay has a show paced a bit more to your liking. I kid, but I thought the last episode was fantastic. Setting Saul up to be a sleaze simply isn't doing him justice. He has to break. He was a con growing up, but tried to get his life back together. The entire Chuck arc is him slipping and eventually breaking. Nobody that wants to be a scumbag attorney puts up any resistance to being a scum bag attorney.
Is it just me or did the visiting the elderly in the retirement home scene feel like the most scumbag thing that Jimmy has done so far? I felt like it was an intentional thing, we are supposed to see that even what his brother calls doing good lawyer work is ultimately as skeevy as anything he ever did as Slipping Jimmy.
I also think that we are going to find that Chuck's mental condition is linked to something that Chuck did in his practice, that his mental condition is a symptom of his conscience wearing on him. When Saul find out he is going to be pissed and decide that you can't actually make it as a lawyer without getting your hands dirty.
