Of course I do. Gus wanted revenge for what happened to his first chemist. He submissively worked with them for years until it was his time to strike back. That started when he played the DEA against the Salamancas by sending them to Hank and the. tipping him off. Actually, it started with the plans for building this own super lab and employing Gale/Walt. He pulled off his revenge by poisoning everyone at the pool party.

I think it's clear that I understand it. The fact is, Gus had a distribution agreement with the Salamancas for years and was using Mike as a big part of that operation (drops, vetting, clean-up, escort, investigation, etc). It's pretty clear that the only person higher up in Gus' operation was Gus himself, even once Walter arrived. That means that the Salamancas were working with Gus and Mike. The flashback with the chemist was from the '80s and Mike obviously joined after 2002, but he's still been working with them for years by the time Breaking Bad mixes things up. Gus started his gloating with Hector only after he started making power plays. Before that, Hector lived with Tuco in the middle of nowhere and not in a nursing home where Gus could easily antagonize him.

LOL! I've been watching episode titles looking for a clue like they did with 737 - Down - Over - ABQ and never even thought about doing a first letter anagram.

My internet went out right at the last second of the episode last night... right at the part where one major character is repeatedly saying "call 911". For me the screen went black... was that the end, or did something else happen?

Mike turns the water on, the hose fills up and goes flying, sticking the nails into bad guys. That would be awesome.

You know, I haven't watched this week's episode yet (tonight), but that reminds me of the scene when Saul was looking at the inflatable advertisement thingy at the car dealership (when he decided to get the crazy suits).

Reading your post, I briefly thought--oh yeah, they totally foretold that! Then recalled that it was Saul and not Mike who got an idea from the wobbly thingy.

The last scene was fairly predictable but I honestly thought Chuck would have rubbed Jimmy's face in that. So it should be interesting to see what the writers have him do with this new poison arrow.

I fast forwarded over some of the scenes but for the most part it held my interest. I think that, like TWD, they need to move things along a little better but overall I don't really have any complaints.

Well, the sniper scene wasn't very realistic and it did make me laugh so I'll give that a pass.

I was going to guess that it was tuco's colleague with the brown truck but I think he was in the shack so I'm not really sure.

Obviously, Gus Fring or one of his associates is trailing Mike and this will set up their working relationship as we know it in Breaking Bad.
