I'm working on negotiating the price on the existing cartridges. In other words, the prices may be reduced, but the cartridges will not be altered. Thank you for your feedback!

Who makes the ink in your cartridges? I ise either repeatotype or Kimberly Clark (Sensient-formulabs). Arrowjet uses this in their carts. Rainbow (a Texas company) (and Nectron) uses a German ink.
There are also a couple of Canadian ink manufacturers.
I'm paying less than $1.50 for a BCI-24 black with Sensient ink for example. $1.10 for a Rainbow BCI-24 black. BCI-3's and 6's are about $.50 to $.60 more.

If you want to know what inks are the best and where to buy them...I do have a lot of information.

"All three aftermarket black inks for the Epson C82--OA100 (purchased from PrintPal), G&G (from Computer Friends), and the no-name ink whose package had only a rainbow logo (also from Computer Friends)--plugged up the printhead nozzles so quickly and consistently that we had to abort some of our tests." -- PC World Magazine
If print quality--and especially durability--are a top concern, however, you're better off playing it safe by gritting your teeth and shelling out for brand-name inks.

... anyone know if anyone makes a ink cart with some sort of solvent in it to clean out Epson heads?

Hello magomago,
The CX5200 cart's come off the same exact quality assembly-line as the rest of the Epson/Canon compatibles. I guarantee you would be extremely happy with the quality. As for customer service, try me. I can only say that you will receive a fully detailed response to every message you send me, usually within minutes, or hours at most. If you have any problems, I promise I will do my best to take care of them.
Funboy, you are a shill, or at least a reasonable facsimile of one. You don't own this thread and discussion is what the forums are for. Always. The attitude you take sometimes seems to reflect your possible lost commissions. "Made in USA" and an "honestOriginally posted by: funboy42
Please remove your links from my thread. I dont need you thread craping in it. What your posting has no referance to swift ink. You also need to enable your profile. You being here this long should of know atleast that. If you feel that ink is better you need to start your own thread on how it is and what makes it a great deal.
Thank you in advance.

opinion" from Funboy are really souring Swiftink's milk. I'd wanna kick myself if I ignore this sour feeling in my gut and purchase this ink based on what seem to be truly independent assessments of the ink's quality. There are 2 opinions in this thread I'll just ignore. Guess who's?
I have nothing to do with swift and I gave my honest opion which OTHER OPINIONS are backing me up. Also being backed up by people who agree with me when I made this thread saying I found better ink. My opinions are turning into facts
Have a great day

I guess it's just your almost religious and, apparently non profit, devotion cause you to react so vehemently when somone post's a comparative link. I can barely figure out why I do thing sometimes, let alone what somebody else's motives are. I just can't understand the borderline mania w/o a $ motivation. But then maybe you just have more time on your hands than me.
Enjoy your day as well :lips:

funboy42,
I just want to say I support you.
As I mentioned earlier in this thread, if it wasn't for you I'd still be using OEM ink at twice the price because of the other crap that is out there.
Thanks again,
